I was very impressed with the knife purchased. I used them to debone 14 turkeys and it worked flawlessly. It was very precise and allowed me to get all the meat from the bones.

I have used Rada knives for over 40 years and I am now purchasing them for my grandchildren because I have already gifted them to my children who love them as well. Their durability is unsurpassed by any other brand I have tried.

They are extra sharp and fit perfectly in your hands. Light weight but strong. I got my first many years ago to help a school and it's still my favorite!
