I've used this product for 30 plus years. My purchase was for a wedding gift. So they could experience what good knives should feel like. The sharpener is easy to use and your knife is as sharpe as the day you got after sharpening.

Let me say. . If anyone does NOT have that sharpener. . . . You are missing out! I still have and use my old one (first sharpener that came out! I bought this one only because I was afraid you would stop making it and something would happen to my old one!
