Excellent quality, very very sharp. Clean cuts and essy to use. My son in law is a professional chef and he loves using these knifes. I would give them the highest possible recommendation for anyone looking for a great knife, from a company that Jas been around for a long time. My grandmother and her 5 sisters all had Rada knives in their kitchens. If that's not a recommendation, I don't know what would be.

I love all of these knives. I first came across them at a street fair/farmer’s market, watched a demonstration and was intrigued. But I just bought them and am glad I did! They are sharp and cut everything with ease. I plan on buying more for gifts.
