I have used these knives for over 30 years. I don't believe there is another knife on the market that stays sharp as long as these knives.

I have a Rada knife set from the 80's that are still in great shape. Ordered a pairing knife set from a local youth organization I support. Fabulous cause, fabulous price, fabulous quality.

This set is awesome. The knives are super sharp and I've already used all three of them on apples, squash, potatoes and broccoli.
I have several knives, and Rada knives are the best I own!
