The cheese knife is awesome to use, cheese falls off. Rada knives are wonderful, been using them for 50 years. My mom still has the original one that used when I was a teen.

Bought the Starter Set as a shower gift and a wedding gift. They are thrilled! I have my Mother's set that she as a wedding gift in 1952. Have never had any doubt with the performance. It is such a great gift to give as well as receive! Will probably order more for Christmas to add to their set.

Actually, we purchased several gift boxed items for our grandson' wedding - they both were thrilled and happy to get such nice gifts and said they would use them for years to come - I told them I agreed if they take care of them and keep "them out of the dish washer" they will remain good as new. I highly recommend these (any or all) in lieu of giving money.
