I have used these knives in my kitchen for years.
I have no other knives. They stay sharp and if they need a bit of sharpening the small, easy speazy knife sharpener brings them back to just like new. I ordered several of the kitchen utensils and am very pleased with the quality.
For the money these knives and utensils are exceptional.
