My wife bought a set of these at work thru a school fundraiser ...... I did not expect much but I have been very impressed with the feel and balance of the knife. I like the grip with the black handles, the blade seems to hold a good edge, and the resin handle is going to be able to withstand me power down when prepping ribs. I actually came to the site tonight to see what other products they offer so when the fundraiser comes around again we know what to order.

Mama LOVED her new knife set as she is queen of the kitchen and the new knives make her prep much easier. She had an old one that had been sharpened so many times it was half gone so it's great to see her using a "whole" knife again and at a reasonable price too!
