I love the knives...they are really amazing but it never fails, someone in my family will inevitable put one in the dishwasher and ruin the handle on it...I wish they were dishwasher safe...that would be my single complaint.

I think I have used these knives for years and didn't know it..I had bought them years..I mean years ago at a fund raiser. They are perfection! I cook every day and use these every day. One of my older ones had been sharpened so many times thru the years it was looking like a shaving knife!! These are beyond wonderful!!
