It really works. Funny thing is I’ve purchased Rafa knives (unknowingly) at Fly Creek Cider Mill in NYS. I purchased several paring knives. Just noticed the name when I was putting my new tomato knife away. Love then too.
This is my 2nd tomato knife; I don't know how I lived without it. I eat tomatoes 2 times a day throughout the year; will always have one in my kitchen.
EXCELLENT! now I can slice tomatoes, onions and cucumbers paper thin. I use to use a serrated bread knife [very dangerous] to slice my vegetables. this knife is the perfect size and weight.I closed the plastic handle style.glad I got it!
It's tomato season and i haven't had a really good tomato knife for some time. No longer a problem. I ordered both versions of the Rada tomato knife and the only difference I can see is one has a more substantial handle. Both versions handle even thicker skinned softer tomatoes like pros. Love these knives!
I love the tomato knife! I ordered a new one because I wanted a back up. The day it came I lost my first one that I had had for about 15 years! I would never be without this knife.
