These are the best steak/Utility knives I have ever used. I bought them to replace my Chicago Cutlery and there is no comparison. These knives cut so smooth. I would buy them again.

These are the best knives! And found out made locally which is a bonus. Had bought a Parer and now the steak knives. Wonder what’s next?

The knife works great but the handle keeps rubbing gray stuff from the knife handle onto our hands. Had I known that I wouldn’t have ordered them. I would have ordered the knives with the black handles.
