My great grandmother has given my family these knives for 5 generations. We all can't wait for our knives at Christmas or wedding gifts. Now that she is gone we give them for each other.

Overall, I recommend this to anyone that is looking for a good quality study heavy duty, but light to the touch. Melt on your stakes like butter. I’m so glad that I found this company. And my son belong to a group and they are doing a fundraiser with this. We’re so excited.

This particular set of steak knives were a birthday gift for my oldest niece.
Little by little, I have built my own set to 16 pieces and love all of my knives. There are still 4 or 5 pieces that I hope to add over the next 12 to 16 months. I the meantime, I am assisting my nieces in slowly building thier own collections. When I pass on, I hope my set will be split up amongst my 2 great nieces and nephew.
These knives are an heirloom for me to pass down and my family knows why and how much I love them.
However, I sure would like to see Rada make a good heavy sandwich press that will perfectly fit my standard size black iron skillet. I love making Cuban Pork and Cubano sandwiches.

Thanks for letting us know that you wish to have a good heavy sandwich press. We take every suggestion and look them over to see what we can do. Hopefully in the future we can offer them, but we only publish our catalogs once a year, so won't happen immediately.
