I usually give them the knife sharpeners with the knives so that they can keep them in the best shape. Rada knives are the easiest wedding gift to shop for. The web sight is easy to use and the gift can be sent directly to the bride. I'm now giving these to second generation nieces. I received my knife gift set 35 years ago and have never needed to sharpen them. Nicest kitchen gift I've ever received.
