The blade is very sharp
But the handles are very light
I have a big hand so they are hard to use, the handle needs more weight to handle properly. I ended up cutting myself using the larger pairing knife. I would like a recommendation for a better fitting knife for me

These are best knives I have ever bought. They are lite and easy to hold. They are very sharp and slice right through everything.
I also bought the tomato slicer knife that I love because I can slice thin slices of the tomatoes .
