This is a Christmas gift for one of our sons. However, I have had Rada knives for over 50 years and love them! I received my first set at one of my bridal showers and they have been my "go-to" knives ever since. I've added other knives over the years and have never been disappointed in the quality!

I bought the set of silver knives with the block. The looked beautiful and were perfectly sharp right out of the box. A few weeks went by and the coating started to wear off. I sent them back in to have another coat applied. Again, 5 months later, the coating is coming off. The knives were no longer sharp when they sent them back either. I can no longer use them as they leave a black toxic film on my hands when I use them.
