Very disappointed laptop

Very disappointed with this laptop. It is a brand-new machine, yet it keeps crashing and restarting unexpectedly during normal use, sometimes every few minutes. This is extremely frustrating and not what I expected from a new HP laptop. I hope HP can resolve this issue quickly.
