My current laptop had stopped working and I went to BestBuy for a new one. As this was for business it was important that I have the new laptop ready as soon as possible and I have to say that within 24 hours I had a phone call saying it was ready for pick up. What a relief and a true pleasure. Thank you

I don’t know how to sign in to my laptop

I opened my laptop and I see my name and it wants a password. I don’t know what it is and so I tried my apple password and then my iCloud password and then it locked me out. How do I proceed?

MacBook Air 2025

Overall I like my new MacBook Air. I had an older model, purchased in 2017 so things are quite similar. The online picture is very deceptive. It does not have the psychedelic picture on it that is shown online. Rather the case colour is a solid colour, (sky blue) and the screen saver on the home page is a nice woods scene.
Only problem is some programs are a bit slow to come up. And if I've had the Safari browser open before closing it, it comes back on even though I closed it out before shutting off the computer.
The computer wakes up when you open the lid which is a nice feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I recently wanted to upgrade my aging M2 air for some local LLMs that I run on this machine
It runs great the battery is great I had a lovely time with my old M series laptops and my new one is no exception
Works great for me
