I used to carry a Leatherman tool but the knife isn't as easy to use as I would like it to be. The Adventurer LB is an excellent utility knife. I use it for everything! It slips into a pocket and I can easily fasten it to my work clothes. It came already sharp and it's easy to use. I recommend this knife for all who carry and use a pocket knife daily.

good knife for the money. this is my EDC in my pocket and just used for basic office and daily utility stuff. my only criticism of it is that the open assist knob on the back of the blade is too close to the axis of connection and therefore makes it difficult to single handed open in with a thumb.

Good for the price

Thumb post is a bit short and small, difficult to use. Extremely tight, blade swing is difficult. Very lightweight hardly notice it is in your pocket until you try to take it out, clip is very stiff and quite tight (not going to fall out of your pocket). Disappointing it is made in China but as long as SOG honors the lifetime warranty I don't mind.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
