I've been using Rada ever since my sister bought me a set of steak knives. I love how easy it is to sharpen them with the Rada sharpener. My grandson is the recipient of this set, he is 13 and getting into smoking BBQ, and meal prep. We will be adding to his collection. I think the next purchase will be the fillet knife.
