This is a wonderful knife. It is my go to now. It is so sharp that I keep it stored in the protective sleeve.

I was very pleased with my recent purchase or the French Chef knife. My wife always bought these knives from a service organization, Eastern Star. When my daughter wanted a French Chef knife for Christmas I knew this was the only one that would serve her purpose.
