I have several Rada knives that are over 40 years old, but over the years I’ve lost a couple of them so I made a purchase of 4 brand new ones. Quality seems to be exactly the same as it was with the original purchase that I made 42 years ago. These knives are sharp, lightweight and easy to use. All they require is a swipe with the soapy cloth a rinse and water and dried. I can’t imagine using any other kitchen knife.
