I bought the tomato slicer. I am very satisfied with it. Since the tomato is slicer is so sharp, I thought the paring knife would be sharp as well. That is not the case. It is so dull. I have difficulty cutting mushrooms and peppers. I am so disappointed. I won't be buying anymore.

I am not happy with the brushed metal handles at all. The metal does not feel good in your hand, the seam adds another unpleasant aspect. I should have sent for 1 to try, but I ordered several on the recommendation of friends. The blades seem great, but I find I never reach for these knives because I don't want to hold the handles

I have used Rada cutlery for many many years and they have always been the first choice for me every time I have reached into the cutlery drawer.
My paring knife is still a fine knife and I can still keep a real keen edge on it, but my carving knife was getting difficult to keep sharp. When our church was having their fund raiser I decided it was time to get a new carving knife and got two new paring knives also. The most curious thing that happened on the day the new knives arrived was, the old carving knife mysteriously disappeared never to be seen again. No one knows where it went! I guess it just new there was a new boss in town.
