I have nothing but good things to say about Rada products. They last forever. The only time I have had to replace a product is when I've accidentally thrown my pairing knife out with the potato pealings. I love the new products and they are second to none. Not to mention the opportunity to do fundraiser for your school, church or clubs. Rada can't be beat.

Why do the knives develop a dark gray or black haze after removing from the dish washer?

The haze on the knife handles are caused by dishwasher's high temperatures and abrasive detergents. We suggest hand washing all fine cutlery and drying it immediately.
