I have been using these knives for a lot of years and never have been disappointed. I do not wash them in the dishwasher as I have been told hot water dulls ANY knife. They get TLC whether they want it or not....

I have a lot of the different knives from Rada ---some of mine maybe be as much as 50 years old and I still use them. I am buying the latest one for my Grand-daughter and some for my Daughter for their home use and the Beach Cottage use. They stay sharper longer than most knives and also fit my hands better.
