Great edge retention

Bought my complete set about 9 years ago and have not used any of my other knives since! Excellent edge retention and super easy to sharpen. Handle material is very bad since they do not retain their original finish for long. They take a "rusty" old look after a few months but other than that it's a good knife to own.
