I have been searching for years to get more of these. Not knowing what the name of the company was, I had purchased a block set of steak knives back in 1999ish and they are the best knives ever. I wanted more, but could never find them, or know the name, so my search ended until now. When I saw these, I thought they looked the same, so I prayed they were, and when they came, I was super excited. Those steak knives I bought back then are just as sharp today, as they were then, and trust me I use them the open anything that comes, and of course cutting food too, and they have never needed sharpening.
