I have tried several paring knives over the years trying to find a paring knife that I would love to use. I finally found one and I am so please. It feels right in my hand and is sharp. I love to use this knife and my husband feels the same way. On a scale of 1-10, it is definitely a 10.

I just purchased 4 Rada knives (Super Parer, Peeling Parer, Regular Paring and Tomato Slicer). Wow! They are amazing! Cuts tomatoes without making a mess and went through a tough-skin grape like it was butter. So sharp that I've cut myself a few times already, but that is not a complaint!
