50 years ago I bought a Rada paring knife at a county fair and used and abused it til it disappeared during a move. Through the years I've purchased carving knives, meat forks and, of course, paring knives for shower and wedding gifts. Love, love, love!!

I love my pairing knife. I have had it for about 25 years. I bought 2 but lost one in a move and the other my husband used as a screwdriver which messed up the tip. I have to be careful when using it as not to cut my finger on the bent tip. It is still very sharp. I basically use this knife everyday . It is my favorite.

Love these knives and how sharp they are. I have one that was purchased about 45 years ago and it is as great today and the day I purchased. I use the Rada knife sharpener on it occasionally and it still works perfectly.
