I love this knife, I have Rada knives that are probably 20 years old and they are still great!

Best paring knife I've ever found.

I love this knife. I like a small knife in my hand for peeling vegetables and fruit. I also have the sharpener, although it stays sharp a long time. This knife is so easy to control because of its shape and small size. I bought this knife for all of my kids and give them for gifts regularly.

I've always used peelers to peel vegetables, etc. until someone gave me a Rada paring knife to use. It's so much easier. It's my go-to instrument for paring and peeling.

I used it so often as if was a very good product and easy comfortable to hold. Somehow this knife was lost, probably wrapped up with peelings and thrown in garbage!! I had to buy another which I did
