I expected the knife to be sharp- but it surprised me. It sliced through the large ham I took to a church dinner so effortlessly! It truly surprised me and I am grateful for the way it cuts and its sharpness!

Love, love this knife. I needed a sharpe well made knife to cut up my meat I process and it hasn’t disappointed me yet. I also have a complete set I brought many years ago and they are still on my countertop to this day.

Very sharp and works great for all meats. Slices roast beef thinly and easily. Haven't tried it on anything but meat as that is what it is designed for, but I'm sure there are other tasks it will handle well.
