I use this knife for everything and I am lost without it whenever I cook somewhere out of my own kitchen. Another plus is when I slice apples with this knife they DO NOT turn brownish til DAYS afterwards. That is truly a miracle... just like my Rada knife! They make slicing and dicing a pleasure!!

I've been using Rada knives since I was very young , my grandmother used Rada knives. With the sharpener , you have a knife that will last for years ! That is until your other half finds out how good these knives are for cutting up game and the next thing you know your fantastic Rada knives are gone. All but 4. Now its time to shop. They are the best knives and I wouldn't use anything else. I'd recommend them to anyone!
