My slice and dice favorite

I bought myself this knife for Christmas. I have a similar one of another popular brand but Rada Knives have always been superior as far as I’m concerned. I am not disappointed. This knife slices through an onion so smoothly. You can cut paper thin if you wish. It cuts my vegetables so well I save it just for them; even though, it would work for most anything. It’s a comfortable size not being too big and bulky or small. I prefer the brushed aluminum, but that is just a preference. I do not wash this knife in the dishwasher since it want to keep the handle that bright finish. I have other Rada knives and they are quite safe in the dishwasher. This has become my “go to” knife and recommend it.
