Hands down, this is my favorite knife in the kitchen. I bought a second one, because I use it daily. I'm tempted to buy a third. It's sharp and slices so easily. It's the one I recommend to anyone purchasing Rada for the first time, along with the knife sharpener. Great little knife whether you are just starting to cook or been doing it a while like me.

Before I got my Rada knives I used to say, "I hope before I die I find a good sharp knife".... Great news: I found that knife in my Rada's knives. Loved them so much I bought some for all thee women in my family.

I've been using Rada knives for over 6 years. They are the only knives I use. About to replace my utility knife I sharpen it every time I use it.
