I had some of the rada knives that were 20 years old and were beginning to wear. I order 5 new ones to replace the old ones and they were just like the old ones when they were new. these knives are the best I have ever had and I have tried many different knives including ceramic. I won't be trying any different again. I will stick with the quality that rada supplies because it is top of the line and made in the USA
My family has always used these knives, namely the set of a pairing knife, serrated tomato knife, and the best potato peeler in the world! I recently moved into my own apartment and I got this set and I also got the utility knife, which is small but packs a punch! I've never used it before but I'm so glad I got it because it is in fact, utilitarian. I can't say enough good things about Rada. 100% recommendation to everyone I talk to about them because it's the best price for the best knives.

Thank you! Yes, our mission is to provide cooks the best kitchen knives for their dollar! Glad to hear about your family tradition using Rada knives and you named three of the best. You also hit the nail on the head regarding the Cook’s Utility - a small knife, easy to control but with more of a chef knife action with the offset handle. Our 100 employees appreciate you choosing Rada Cutlery for your Made in the USA! We are locally owned and never have had a layoff!
I was shocked at how bendy the blade is. Almost afraid to use it.

Thank you for your note. Our blades are stamped surgical grade stainless steel which is more lightweight than a forged knife blade. We’ve sold over 155 million knives using the same stamped steel since our start in 1948. Please give it a try and let us know what you think. The Cook’s Utility concept was to perform paring type of tasks with the offset handle providing different leverage.
