I bought this knife for my girlfriend, due to the fact that she had a much older version of this same knife that has been dulled due to a poor sharpening attempt by a third party. This new Cook's Utility knife was almost identical to the old version, being only a tad longer. It came scalpel sharp, and is perfectly balanced for her hand. She uses it for 80% of the cutting tasks she performs in her kitchen, and is completely satisfied with this knife. We will be repeat customers, and would recommend Rada to any serious chef.
