I really like the Paring knife, especially now that it can be purchased in the black handle. Good size, easy to use and great for peeling. Would recommend it.

Super, good to hear you are enjoying the black handles! The Heavy Duty Paring is the favorite of many of our customer service reps due to its slightly thicker blade and slightly longer handle.
Many say they like the Peeling Paring or Regular Paring for peeling so it is fun to learn that this is your preferred knife!
