I purchased some Rada Knives years ago and loved them. I recently repurchased a Cook's Knife as mine was wearing out. I am disappointed in that I have to sharpen this knife almost every time I use it. I feel like maybe the original quality is not there anymore. Thank you, Sherry Brown

Hello, we are sorry to hear that you feel like the knife's quality is not as it used to be. We currently use the same T420 high carbon stainless steel blades that allow for the highest quality blade possible. Because of this, the current knives should be just as high of quality of a blade as out knives from the pasta. If you think it might be due to a mistake in the manufacturing of the knife, you can send it to us at the address below and we will send you a replacement if the knife doesn't hold up to our quality standards. Rada Mfg. Co. PO Box 838 Waverly, IA 50677 I hope this helped, feel free to call our customer service if you have any other questions about this process at: 1-800-311-9691 or 1-319-352-5454 (available 7 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time, Monday through Friday)
