Although I do not consider myself adept in any of my cooking skills, this knife makes me believe that I am! It is so easy to work with, fits well in my hand and allows me to cut like a pro.

I am so happy to have purchased this knife for my family country cottage vacation home. I tested it out at home and find it incredibly versatile. One caution: the knife is sharp. If you don’t keep your daily cutlery sharpened you may easily cut yourself.

I'm just getting used to the cooks knife but it seems like it will do all I hoped it would do.

Love the way it cuts so smoothly and when it starts to dull a quick swipe or two across the sharpener and it is good as new. Great knife!

I have always owned these types of knives for50 years. I just discovered Rada cutlery and I am a new convert. I am in the process of changing all my knives to Rada. I really love them.
