I already had several Rada knives, but wanted to increase my # of steak knives. The new knives did not disappoint. These knives are excellent!

I have used the silver steak knives for nearly 20 years and am thrilled with the added weight and comfort of the better black handled model.

Very good.
They are very sharp and slice smoothly and cleanly.
They are a little shorter than other knives we have had, but they are fine.
