My favorite floral knife..

I am a florist, and my favorite floral knife is the Granny Paring Knife. I have small hands, so many knives and tools are not comfortable, this knife is the perfect shape and size. The curved tip is great for me preventing accidental punctures. The length of the knife fits snug in my hand, and is lightweight reducing hand fatigue. I have bought multiples, and keep at my work table and in my mobile tool box. Love that it’s USA made!

While it is a very sharp knife it was not what I thought I had ordered. I have bought 3 of the straight edge paring knives and I loved them but I left them at my sons house since he didn't have a decent peeling knife in his house. I plan to order some more of those in the near future.

I chose to go with the silver handles vs black one BIG MISTAKE! First I washed them they sort of tarnished. Handle was rough and discolored. The knife is still sharp but handle is unacceptable.

My grandma gave me a set a Rada knives over 20 years ago and I still have them. I didn't know what brand they were until I came across your website. Once I realized that Rada made the knives she gave me I ordered several more. I have the page bookmarked so when I am ready I can replace all my knives for Rada knives.
