I use this knife for so many applications in my house, let alone my kitchen. Also I want to say that the fact that these knives are made in the USA is very important to me. This may freak some non-farm folks out but I also use this little granny paring knife to dispatch my chickens when it's time for chicken soup. I can get this little knife so sharp that the chickens literally don't struggle most of the time when they're butchered. To me that's the sign of an incredibly sharp blade. I've been using Rada knives in many forms for years now, but by far this little granny paring knife is the most utilized blade in my home.
