Fair. Handle is thicker than the one (not Rada) which it replaced, and it discolored on first washing (not in a machine). It's just not as easy to use..
I'm sure that I'll use it on all kinds of fruits and veggies, but I was most interested in using it on Kohlrabi. It has a thicker, sometimes woody skin, and this little knife is going to do the job! I use other Rada paring knives to do that right now, but this is much better. The short curved blade will be perfect. Great design. Thank you!
I have used these knives for years. They last forever and are easy to sharpen. Churches used to sell them at flea markets or craft shows, so I was delighted to be able to buy the "short" paring knives.
