This knife is quite sharp. The blade is a little thin though, making it seem almost flimsy. I do like this knife, but I wish it was a little heavier blade.

I’m sold on Rada products. This knife is well balanced, sharp as all get out, and looks great too!

Excellent quality cutlery...And the block (stand) is quite attractive. These knives hold a edge and the sharpener keeps the razor sharp.

I m a student in culinary arts & bought a few because they came highly recommended. Im the envy of my class. My fellow students & even my teacher are always asking me to use them because they are so good. The shanks are nice & light. Fits in anyones hands comfortably. Stays sharp no matter what your using it for. Love them!
