Best portable speaker ever

Bought this in June 2018 and its still going strong. Its perfect for personal use or a small party. Very durable! I stap it onto my downhill mountain for ride.
The sound quality is easily the best for its size.

I’ve had my SoundLink Micro for about 8 months now. I appreciate the sound quality and the portability of this speaker. It is quite impressive. I liked mine so much, I bought my wife one too. With the 2 speakers, we can sync them and take them around the house with us. 1 speaker sounds great, 2 speakers sound amazing.

Lack of bass

I like that it’s small and can be strapped to just about anything. The bass on this isn’t what I was expecting. I have smaller cheaper speakers that hit harder than this. Overall I wasn’t very impressed with the sound of this item. Also I don’t like that I have to download a app to use a speaker. I like the whole party mode but I probably won’t be buying anymore of these speakers.

I'd just like to make you aware that it is not necessary to have the Bose Connect app to use the speaker. For general use, you can connect via the buttons on the speaker and control the volume. The app just gives added functionality and features.

waterproof and light weight

I was looking for the good quality and waterproof speaker that powerful ,regardless of their size. This micro is the answer and the price is reasonable. I get more than what I pay. It is really suit my life style. I can carry it when I go for rock climbing and share the music with the other climbers in open area. And continue listening while taking a shower. Just hook it and it`s on. I love it.

I got my first Bose Sound Link as a Birthday gift and enjoyed it so much I got another one a year later. I use this everywhere to include my boat and yes it has been overboard has taken a licking and keeps on ticking and has not disappointed now I listen in stereo.
