I got this device in Christmas. Worked ever since and even put in showers. I had it on my bed and I guess it fell today and it is not working much. It’ll connect and I even tried the Bose Connect App. Nothing worked and even Bluetooth won’t work. It connects then further disconnects around 2 times. Don’t know what’s happening.

Hey Koly,
It's great to hear you have been enjoying using the waterproof feature of your speaker. As the speaker has stopped working when it has been dropped. This leads me to believe that a physical aspect of the speaker has been damaged.
Reach out to us here to explore your warranty options for the speaker https://bose.life/2tH3C2S.
This story is real. A lot the the mind while leaving the speaker was on top my car. Rolls off at 45 mph. Went back the next day to pick from the side of the road. WORKS GREAT I tell everyone
Uggh - so the good news - the sound is very nice, full, good bass. which does not matter much as it never stays connected to the computer (even hardwired to comuter, it just drops & turns off) watching a show, we literally have to turn the speaker back on 3 times in 45 minutes. It was a gift, but I don't see myself ever paying for a Bose :(

Sound is awesome for the size of this lil gem! Great bass & mids at all volumes! Only downside is the “strap” can come loose, there is no way to guarantee attachment... TX!!
