Does not support WhatsApp

This device specified microphone. Yes it does play music well but at this price, it should be supporting a basic WhatsApp call. After I purchased and upgraded the firmware, it does not even work on a Samsung Galaxy phone. A cheap $20 speaker with microphone can do what Bose cannot with calls. I owned multiple Bose devices but this is failing below expectations. It should clearly indicate that it does not support WhatsApp etc.. Really disappointed

I bought this speaker thinking Bose was the best. I have not been able to enjoy it at all. From the confusing app download, (which takes forever to update) to the crackling poor sound quality and the source connection problems, it has not been an enjoyable purchase. I spent twice what I wanted to get Bose. Very disappointing.

Came out of the box dead. As I'm in other country, I couldn't have it replaced. As I tried to troubleshoot it, I saw hunderds of similar cases. Don't buy it if you plan to take it outside US.

Tough, great sound

This thing is great for work, love the sound. Full battery will take you through the day. I work with heights and this little speaker survived a 60ft fall to concrete and was still playing music!!

I got this terrific speaker as a Christmas gift from my sister. I own three bluetooth speakers that I don't use anymore. Soundlink Micro is the best so far. Great bass for its size. I've always wanted a Bose speaker because of its excellent reputation for workmanship. Receiving one is a wish come true.

Unbelievable sound from a small speaker,very portable and easy to access with Bluetooth devices. I might buy another one to pair with it.
