Poor Volume

I'm a former Bose employee and have purchased an array of Bose products over the years with much satisfaction. Most recently have been two bluetooth devices Soundlink Color and Micro. With each, particularly the Micro, the volume needs to be set nearly halfway to begin hearing sound. The volume level is marginal at max, particularly outdoors. I reluctantly purchased the Micro as I previously experienced this with the Color. I will likely be returning mine since I cannot enjoy it while outdoors walking, working in the yard, etc....

Best speaker out there for it's price

I purchased the speaker in Orange. This speaker may be small but packs a punch. When playing music you will be satisfied. bass system is top notch. When I take a shower I am not disappointed. You will hear clear smooth sound back from music to games (Call of Duty Mobile) and videos. When it comes to calls it is not to it's best of the ability but it will do. Overall for it's price and usage this is recommended to anyone in need of an affordable speaker.

Turn off every 20 minutes!!!!

Great sound, I use it to work in conference calls, but it has a technical problem because every 20 minutes the device turns off creating all kinds of problems while I have to reconnect to the device. Not recommended

It's great to hear how much you like the sound! I have some good news about a feature of your speaker that will definitely help you!
As you have found already, it does have an auto-off timer when not in use. By default, this is set to 20 minutes but it is adjustable! On the Bose Connect app, under the settings for your speaker, there will be an option for the Auto-Off Timer. You can set this from 5 minutes, to 3 hours, or even turn it off completely!
