Hello, first thing is I love this product, amazing sound For something so small. One thing that bothers me is that the buttons for the volume and play are hard to press. I would have to push down hard to turn the volume up or down or to pause, other than that I have no issue with the product.
I bought this amazing little palm sized speaker about couple of days before , im really impressed with it, in such a tiny package you will get all u wanted. It sounds amazing when placed facing you, Sound is crisp and clear, like any other bose speaker
I love this speaker. I took it everywhere. I strapped it to my golf bag, work truck, bike etc. It's now rendered useless for those activities because the strap broke. Well I have a nice paper weight. Apparently there is no way to replace the strap.
I bought this speaker couple years ago. I use it EVERY morning. Listen to my bible in the shower, then listen to my tunes as I'm getting ready. Phone call comes in...it's fine....change songs...just tell it. Wonderful clear sound...waterproof. Couldn't get along without it.
Let me just start by saying for it’s size this little hits. Sound is amazing! It’s also waterproof so I use it in the shower, in my work truck and my wife and I have it connected to the Apple TV for movies. I’ve dropped it several times and it’s a brick. Super durable. Holds a charge forever. Worth every $
As a long time Bose customer, I am extremely underwhelmed and very disappointed in several things about the SoundLink Micro. First, there is zero bass...this sounds like an AM Radio from the 80s. I looked for an equalizer setting but there isn't one. Second, I couldn't locate the ability to link it to play my Spotify or iHeart or Pandora play lists. The only option on their BoseConnect app is either my Music (iPhone playlist) or their TuneIn which is local radio. Finally, I was not able to pair this with my Bose Soundlink Color bluetooth speaker. If this wasn't a gift, I would be returning it. Instead, it's found a home in the back of my drawer. Sorry Bose....you definitely missed the mark on this one.

Hey there,
It's a shame to hear that you have been disappointed with your experience of your SoundLink Micro. I'd love to help improve this for you.
Firstly, regarding the lack of bass, I find this very unusual as my personal SoundLink Micro projects a fair amount of bass for the size of the speaker. Have you tried connecting any other devices? Also, Spotify allows you to enable a bass booster, as does your iPhone. You do not have to stick within the Bose Connect app in order to play audio to your speaker. Once your device is connected, you can play anything from your phone from then native application. Therefore, head to the Spotify app or TuneIn app and you'll be able to listen to what you wish. Lastly, if you have a SoundLink Color II, then you'll be able to enable Party or Stereo mode - https://bose.life/2FFUIFi If you have the SoundLink Color 1st series then this is not compatible.
Just purchased my second micro. This one was a little more difficult to link to my MEE bluetooth. Now I have two micros connected to my TV. These work much better than my vizio home theater surround sound. I think two is all i can install which is too bad but it is more than enough to fill the room with sound.
