Small speaker, big sound

I bought this a few weeks ago and was instantly in love with it. We picked a bright orange color to be able to pick it out from the forest ground. Sound is awesome! However, auto-connecting with the last paired device is a bit unnerving in pitch dark environments. Otherwise, the voices are fine.

Not very loud

The sound itself is very nice and crisp. But the volume is so low even when I put It as loud as it can go. Super disappointing

Hello,
It's great to hear you were impressed by the sound quality of the SoundLink Micro! Low volume could be attributed to the source device’s volume level. Some devices have their own volume level that operates independently of the speaker, so if the built-in volume is set to say, 10%, 100% on the speaker will only be 100% of that 10%. which as you've noted, isn't very loud. To rectify this, locate the volume controls for your device and set them to their maximum level, then adjust the Micro's volume level accordingly. via the volume buttons on the speaker.

I have several Bose speakers, this one doesn't come close to measuring up, sounds more like $12 speakers on my computer.
