I purchased this for a home that cares for challenged people. They are enjoying listening to “GOOD MUSIC” because this speaker is so nice clear and sharp compared to the speaker they were using before. Even the staff have expressed how much they are enjoying the sound around the house as they work and care for the people. My partner has one that he uses a lot as a musician he demands the best and can’t believe the sound and tone of this speaker. Anyone that hasn’t owned a BOSE product is truly missing out. If you want to best invest in Bose and you will be so glad that you did. Thank You again Bose you are the best! 😘

This speaker has a very low volume and not that clear. I am trying to find information on returning it but the website is not very helpful.
