Bluetooth Speaker

Fell far from expectations. Volume at max is so low you have to be right next to the speaker. My friend who is hard of hearing can’t hear it at all even on max. The packing slip gives 5 days for returns yet there is no contact info for them. This review opportunity came 7 days after receiving the speaker. Double thumbs down. Won’t buy Bose ever again. My phone works better!

I'm sorry to hear you were not totally satisfied with the SoundLink Micro speaker.
It sounds like you may have had the volume on the paired device turned down as the speaker can get very loud considering it's diminutive size. I'd recommend discussing this with our support team if you're not getting the sound level/quality you expected.
With regard to returns, you get 90 days to trial a product when purchasing directly from Bose. Returns can be arranged by reaching out to support. We will then email you a shipping label to return the product.

I bought this speaker to take with me when I'll be working abroad for a month. I wanted something portable but with good sound . There are many speakers at much lower costs but that just can't compare with Bose quality ! worth every penny and the customer service is great.

I am very pleased with the SoundLink micro bt speaker. I use it when I am cleaning in an area of my home where I don't have access to a speaker and don't want to wear ear plugs. :) Very nice quality of sound.
